Cleriplast is a protective cheese coating produced in liquid form from a copolymer of vinyl acetate. It is available in various concentrations of anti-mould agents with different degrees of viscosity to allow cheese producers to choose the most suitable type for their products. Different colours and „clean label“ are also available.
