Rennets and coagulants
In cooperation with the Italian company SACCO system we offer all types of rennets used in the production of various kinds of cheese. Among the rennets you find products with different chymosin content. It is a traditional animal product used in cheese production.
Other types of coagulants are produced by new, biotechnological processes with modern technology. We offer also microbiological and chymosin coagulants in addition to animal rennets.
